Customers will need to complete a TireHub credit application and sales tax exemption certificate.  In addition to the completed sales tax exemption certificate, customers should supply a copy of the state issued exemption document reflecting your sales tax registration/resale number.  Since TireHub is a new entity, existing customers of TWW and Goodyear will need to complete these two documents as well.  Customers can forward all credit related documentation to the TireHub Credit department by:

Providing documents to your Sales Representative, who will forward to the TireHub Credit Department.
